The artworks are produced using top quality materials, light fast pigment paints, inks and acid free materials. Given reasonable conditions and treatment the images are long-lasting.
Tones and colours, some very delicate, have been reproduced with great care for the web site; however no guarantee is given for minor variations with on-screen representation.
Limited edition prints have been produced by professional Fine Art Printers on quality heavyweight paper.
The artist retains Copyright on all images displayed and sold in accordance with current statutory law.
Each limited edition print carries a certificate of authenticity individually signed by the artist.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have received full cleared payment.

On confirmation of payment, items will be dispatched within 10 days subject to mounted prints being available.
Mounted Prints will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and may be checked for delivery the following day. Insurance covering the value will cover each parcel in the event of loss or damage and is claimable from the Royal Mail.

We will supply goods that will remain free from defects in materials or caused by workmanship for a period as appropriate in respect of the particular goods involved in the circumstances of handmade craft.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage as appropriate in respect of the particular goods involved in the circumstances of handmade crafts. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return at no cost to you.
This clause does not in any way effect or limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may not necessarily keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order. We advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
Any contract between us shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund unless the article is being specially made or bespoke. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within 7 working days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
